10am Remembrance service in Tewkesbury Abbey

11am 2 minutes silence at the Cross

5pm Sung Eucharist in Abbey

The service at Tewkesbury Abbey will take place at 10am (please be seated in the Abbey by 9.45am) followed by a the service of Remembrance at The Cross at 10.55am.

Road closures

The town parade, organised by Tewkesbury Town Council will begin on Sunday at 9.15am on Sun Street and will have the following road closures in place between 8am and noon:

Sun Street, High Street, The Cross and Gander Lane. Church Street will be closed from Gloucester Road to The Cross. Gloucester Road will be closed from Gloucester Road car park to Church Street. A diversion will be in place via Oldbury Road, Barton Street and the A38.

Remembrance ceremony at Tewkesbury Borough Council offices. Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury. Arrival for 10.45am to begin at 11am.
