- How Medieval and Tudor Armies were raised and how they fought.
- The Hundred Years War and the bloody Battle of Crecy.
- The Wars of the Roses and the slaughter at Towton Field.
- The archer’s life on Henry VIII’s flagship the Mary Rose and how an English local militia repelled an invading French army.
There will also be the opportunity to handle a war bow of the period.
